A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE PRESIDENT ERIC SMITH
AS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNER ON VILLAGE BANK ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove maintains accounts at Buffalo Grove Bank and Trust, and;
WHERAS, said accounts have certain parties who are designated as "Authorized Signers", and;
WHEREAS, Eric Smith has been elected as Village President, and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary and prudent that Village President Eric Smith be designated as an
Authorized Signer on Village of Buffalo Grove Bank Accounts, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees find that it is in the best interest of the Village to authorize and
designate Village President Eric Smith as an Authorized Signer on Village of Buffalo Grove Bank Accounts.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook
and Lake Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Village President Eric Smith is hereby designated and authorized as an Authorized Signer on Village of
Buffalo Grove Bank Accounts with all rights, privileges and functions that entails.
