A RESOLUTION RATIFYING APPOINTMENT OF VILLAGE OFFICERS
WHEREAS, there are certain Officers of the Village that are approved by the Village President with
advise and consent of the Board of Trustees;
WHEREAS, Eric Smith has been elected as the new Village President; and
WHEREAS, Village President Smith recommends the appointment of the Village Officers who are
presently in their positions to remain and seeks to ratify said appointments;
WHEREAS,the appointment of the following Village Officers is sought to be ratified in their current
positions:
• Village Manager-Dane C. Bragg
• Village Attorney-Patrick T. Brankin
• Deputy Village Clerk-Jessie Brown
• Village Treasurer-Chris Black
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo
Grove,that the appointment of following Village Officers are ratified and said individuals are duly appointed
in their respective positions as follows:
• Village Manager- Dane C. Bragg
• Village Attorney-Patrick T. Brankin
• Deputy Village Clerk-Jessie Brown
• Village Treasurer-Chris Black
