PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment of a planned unit development
(PUD) in the B-3 District,with the following variations of the Village Sign Code: Section 14.16.030 and Section 14.16.070
pertaining to the number of ground signs and wall signs; Section 14.16.060 concerning the location of ground signs less
than 250 feet from existing ground signs; and Section 14.20.100 concerning the use of off-premise signs.
The petitioner proposes to construct a building of approximately 6,000 square feet for retail sales.
