PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a special use for outside storage of
materials in the Industrial District pursuant to Section 17.48.020.C.9. of the Village Zoning Ordinance,
including a variation to waive the requirement to enclose the storage area with a solid wall or fence.
The petitioner proposes to store pipes in the east yard as an accessory use to the plumbing supply business
conducted in the principal building on the property.
