(to allow 4 vehicle stacking spaces per teller or customer service area instead of 6 spaces for a bank drive-through facility); Section 17.44.040.D.3. (to allow the drive-through canopies for the proposed drugstore and the proposed Retail Building"D"on the southwest tract to encroach 10 feet into the required 50-foot building setback area; FENCE CODE — Section 15.20.060.B. (to allow screen walls for trash enclosure areas to be 8 feet,6 inches in height instead of 6 feet).
