(to allow fewer off-street parking spaces than required by the applicable ordinance standard); FENCE CODE—Section 15.20.060.A. (to allow a fence taller than 8 feet to screen the outside storage area). The petitioner proposes to operate a an outside storage area of approximately 53,000 square feet as an accessory use to the wholesale building products distribution center in the principal building (173,533 sq. ft.)on the property. The purpose of the hearing is to review recommendations concerning future land use in the Village and adjacent unincorporated areas within the Village's planning jurisdiction. The draft plan makes specific recommendations concerning land use designations and development policies for properties within the Village's planning area.
