(to allow a landscaped yard along Buffalo Grove Road of 8 feet in width instead of 23.3 feet and to allow a landscaped yard along Old Checker Road of less than 12 feet in width);Section 17.44.020.G.2(to allow a landscaped buffer strip along the west property line of 9 feet instead of 12 feet); DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE—Section 16.50.120.I.1.e(to allow alternate landscaping instead of standard parkway trees along the Buffalo Grove Road right-of-way).
