SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Preliminary Plan in the B-2
Business District with the following variations:ZONING ORDINANCE—Section 17.36.040.G.2.
(to allow fewer than six (6) stacking spaces per customer service area for the bank drive-through
facility); DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE — Section 16.50.040.C. (concerning design of the
stormwater detention facility).
The petitioner proposes to construct a bank building of 4,623 square feet with drive-through service
lanes.
