SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use in the R-1 District with
the following variations:Zoning Ordinance—Section 17.40.020.B.(to allow a height of 80 feet instead of the
standard maximum building height of 35 feet)and Section 17.40.020.A.(to allow a setback of 16 feet instead
of 80 feet from the west property line and to allow a setback of 142 feet instead of 160 feet from the south
property line).
The plan proposes a cellular communications antenna and tower of 80 feet in height and a ground level
equipment shelter.
