PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use in the B-3
Planned Business Center District for a drive-through pharmacy facility, amendment of a
Preliminary Plan and amendment of Chapter 17.44 of the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance to
allow drive-through facilities for retail pharmacies with the following variation: ZONING
ORDINANCE -Section 17.36.030.F. (to allow access aisles in the parking lot to be less than the
Ordinance minimum standard).
The petitioner proposes to develop an Osco Drug Store in an existing space of 16,040 square feet
and construct a drive-through window on the east side of the building to service pharmacy
customers.
