PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use in the B-3
Planned Business Center District and amendment of a Planned Unit Development for Lots 2 and 3
of the Seigle's Resubdivision.
The petitioner proposes to use the building on Lot 2 now occupied by Crate and Barrel for religious
worship and related social and educational uses.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 5.96-acre tract on the east
side of McHenry Road and south and east of the Wendy's restaurant at 245 McHenry Road.
