SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment to the
Planned Unit Development in the B-3 Planned Business Center District and approval of a
Preliminary Plan.
The petitioner proposes to construct a funeral home facility with a total building area of
approximately 30,214 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3.8 acres at
the southwest corner of Dundee Road and Golfview Terrace in the Covington Office Plaza.
