(to allow parking with a front yard setback of 26 feet instead of 50 feet); and Section 17. 40.020.B. (to allow a maximum height of 65 feet instead of 35 feet for a portion of the proposed temporary building); DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50.040. C.3.b.
