RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE,
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: On October 17, 2022, the Corporate Authorities of the Village voted to approve the
following Closed Session minutes:
March 21, 2022 April 4, 2022 April 18, 2022 May 16, 2022
June 6, 2022 July 18, 2022 August 1, 2022 August 8, 2022
August 15, 2022 September 19, 2022 October 3, 2022 October 11, 2022
SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for confidentiality still
exists with regard to the approved minutes listed in Section One.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
