2022-10-17 - Resolution 2022-14 - APPROVING THE REVISED 2022 PAY RANGES FOR VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE EMPLOYEES RESOLUTION NO. 2022-14 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED 2022 PAY RANGES FOR VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021,the Village President and Board of Trustees adopted the Village of Buffalo Grove's fiscal year 2022 budget, and; WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, the Village President and Board of Trustees approved the 2022 pay ranges, and; WHEREAS, the 2022 pay ranges have been revised so that they are more accurately aligned with both the internal and external labor market and; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE,COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: 1. The Village of Buffalo Grove does hereby approve the revised 2022 Pay Ranges for Village of Buffalo Grove Employees (attached). 2. The revised 2022 Pay Ranges will become effective upon approval, unless noted otherwise within the attached Pay Range document or applicable collective bargaining agreement.
