RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PYROTECHNICS
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of 1970.
WHEREAS,The Village of Buffalo Grove cancelled the fireworks on July 4th, 2022.
WHEREAS,The Village of Buffalo Grove is obligated to pay Pyrotecnico Fireworks Inc a rescheduling fee
for services rendered.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE,COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,ILLINOIS,as follows:
Section 1. The Village Board authorizes the Village Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with
Pyrotecnico Fireworks Inc.for Pyrotechnic Services rendered on July 4th, 2022, in an amount not to exceed
$4,350.00, pending review and approval of the amendment by the Village Attorney.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
