RESOLUTIONI AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXTEND THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH SR FRIEDMAN AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution
of 1970.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. The Village Board authorizes the Village Manager to execute the attached professional
services agreement amendment with SB Friedman and Associates for economic development planning,
proforma, development, and TIF consulting in an amount not to exceed $25,000, These expenses are
eligible to be r6mbursed through TIF funds.
Section 2. This Resolution, shall be in full)force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
