RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE, OF BUFFALO GROVE,
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, pursuan't to Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: On January 3, 2022, the Corporate Authorities of the Village voted to approve the
following Closed Session rninutes:
October 18, 2021 November 1, 2021
Oin March 21, 2022,the Corporate Authorities of the Village voted to approve the folilming Closed
Session minutes

SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for confidentiality still
exists with regard to the approved minutes listed in Section One,
