RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH PAYMENTUS
FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution
of 1970 and;
WHEREAS,the Village of Buffalo Grove entered into an agreement with the Paymentus
Corporation on November 25, 2014 and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Village of Buffalo Grove to modify the agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,as follows:
Section 1. The Village Board authorizes the Village Manager to make all necessary modifications to the
Agreement with Paymentus Corporation to ensure continuity of service, pending review and approval of
the amendment by the Village Attorney.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and approval and
shall not be codified.

This Amending Agreement Is entered Into as of November 3, 2020, by and between the Customer
("Customer^)identified above and Paymentus Corporation,a Delaware Corporation rPaymentus'j.
WHEREAS:
A-The parties entered into a Master Services Agreement dated November 25,2014
B-The parties now wish to amend the Schedule A of the Master Services Agreement to include additional
payment types and corresponding Paymentus SerAce Fees.
NOW,THEREFORE,In consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth,the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,the parties,Intending to be legally bound,hereby covenant
and agree as follows:
Schedule A of Master Services Agreement will be amended per Schedule A attached with this Amending
Agreement.
Except the Schedule A,as provided In this Amending Agreement,all provisions of the Agreement remain in
full force and effect,un .

• One-time web payment thru DACRA or One-Time pay channel will include credit
card, debit card and e•Check payment and will include a convenience fee of
2.45% for Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), Debit Cards with VISA,
MasterCard logos, AMEX 2.95%, eChecks$0.45 cents
• Includes all citatlons/tickets/fines as defined by the Village of Buffalo Grove
