RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO
GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings
Act:
SECTION ONE: On August 17, 2020, the Corporate Authorities of the Village voted to approve
the following Closed Session minutes:
February 18, 2020 March 2,2020 March 16,2020 April 20, 2020
June 1, 2020 June 15, 2020 July 13, 2020
SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for
confidentiality still exists with regard to the approved minutes listed in Section One.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
