A RESOLUTION RATIFING AN AGREEMENT FOR
USE OF THE APPLE HILL/TENERIFE PROJECT CONTINGENCY
UTILIZATION
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove desire
to ratify the agreement of contingency use, and
WHEREAS, the implementation of this purchase will result in required supplies being in
stock for Village use, and
WHEREAS,Arrow Road Construction Company will make the material purchase
through their contract on the Village's behalf, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that the Village Manager is
hereby authorized and directed,pending final approval and review by the Village
Attorney, to purchase truncated domes from East Jordan Iron Works.
