IV. General Business
■ Bill paid to Mesirow Financial in the amount of$1543.42 for fee's and services
■ Bill paid to Reimer&Associates $1026.04 for fees and services regarding Ofc. Stopper's
line-of-duty disability claim
■ Bill paid to Stratford Investments in the amount of$9381.19 for fee's and services
■ Chief McCann has retired and has accepted his retirement package. Trustee Eisenmenger
confirmed that he is receiving his retirement disbursements
■ Mr. Anderson tendered a copy of Buffalo Grove Police Pension Fund Financial Report to the
board
■ Mr. Eisenmenger tended copy of"Pension News"Proposal to Board
u "Pension News"Proposal approved by Board
■ Mesirow Financial—Will come back next quarter with recommendation to move funds out of
Skyline Special Equities and PIMCO Innovation Fund due to under performance
■ Stratford Investment Advisory Group— Sell 50%of equities and cash out annuity
■ Motion by Mr. Greenberg to sell 50%of equities and cash out annuities

■ Motion by Kristiansen to move excess funds from sales of equities and cash out annuities
