■ Bill paid to Mesirow Financial in the amount of$1635.35 for fee's and services
■ Bill paid to Reimer& Associates $730.68 for fees and services regarding Ofc. Stopper's
line-of-duty disability claim
■ Food at future meetings
- Discussion, fire department provides sandwiches and pizza at their meetings
-Motion by Greenberg to approve recommendation, no second
■ Mr. Anderson requested status of Ofc. Stopper's line-of-duty disability claim
-Mr. Kristiansen related that availability dates have been tendered to Ofc.
Stopper's attorney for confirmation
■ Ofc. Poziwilko will be retiring in Fall 2003
■ Chief McCann will be will be retiring in May 2003
■ Bob Ackerman unable to attend—out of town, related stay the course via phone call
■ Mesirow Financial —Recommendation to stay the course
■ Stratford Investment Advisory Group —Recommendation to purchase $2,500,000 in U.S.
Treasury Strips 0% due on 08/15/08 @ 4.00% YTM if market allows
