■ Trustee Eisenmenger chaired board in Trustee Kristiansen's absence
■ Trustee Eisenmenger read the July 8, 2003 minutes
Motion to accept minutes by Trustee Voigt
Seconded by Trustee Greenberg
• Mr. Anderson advised that Ofc. L. Stopper's PITA payments cease October 23,2003
■ Trustee Eisenmenger advised that he or Trustee Kristiansen would make notification to Mr.
Anderson when the board would begin line-of-duty disability payments to Ofc. L. Stopper
• Trustee Eisenmenger advised that Ofc. Poziwilko will retire on January 24,2004
■ Stratford Investment Advisory Group—Buy$2,500,000 in U.S.Treasury Strips 0% due on
11/15/08 @ 3.50%
■ Motion to accept Stratford recommendation by Trustee Greenberg
