■ Recommendation—move funds into bonds
❖ Motion to accept recommendation by Trustee Greenberg

1. Forecast—interest rates edging up, PIMCO performing poor
2. Recommendation—sell PIMCO; and
1. Purchase 6 month CD; or
2. Add funds to Lord Abbett Mid Cap Value; or
3. Spread funds over all investments
