Mr. Wall organized interviews with four(4) asset management companies in order to
develop a consensus on utilizing an outside asset management company to manage a
portion of the board's equity portfolio.
The board listened to representatives from each of the companies listed below:
OakBrook Investments
Roosevelt Investment Group
Zacks Investment Management
Locke Capital Management
No decision was made regarding utilizing any of the above companies. The board
requested that Mr. Wall obtain further information from Locke Capital Management
regarding their fee structure.
