ELECTRICAL COMMISSION
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
REGULAR MEETING
November 17, 1998
The meeting was called to order by Donald Stumbris,Ex-Officio Chairman,on Tuesday,November 17, 1998
at 6:30 p.m.,in the Buffalo Grove Village Hall,Lower Level, 50 Raupp Boulevard,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.

In attendance were: Harold Kabb, Commissioner
Greg Buss, Commissioner
Ron Hackett, Commissioner
John Mackey, Commissioner
Donald Stumbris,Ex-Officio Chairman
The minutes from the meeting held on October 20, 1998 were read and approved.
The questions submitted at the October 20, 1998 meeting were compiled and a test with forty-five(45)
questions was created.
This test was reviewed for accuracy as well as interpretation and legibility. The changes were noted.
The issue of Test Difficulty was brought up. It was agreed that after administering the first test at the
February, 1999 meeting,the commission will discuss the results of these tests at the May, 1999 meeting. In
addition,it was decided to write a second test at the May, 1999 meeting.
