ELECTRICAL COMMISSION
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
REGULAR MEETING
February 16, 1999
The meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman,on Tuesday,February 16, 1999 at
7:40 p.m.,in the Alcott Center, 530 Bernard,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.
Roll Call
In attendance were: Harold Kabb, Commissioner
Ron Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman
John Mackey, Commissioner
The minutes from the meeting held on November 17, 1998 were read and approved as corrected.
This was the first time the new test was administered.
There were twelve people signed up for the test. Six showed and took the test.None passed.
During the grading, a number of inconsistencies arose between the questions and expected answers. Also,
some questions, after additional review,were deemed ambiguous.
At the next meeting,this test will be reviewed again as well as an initial draft of a second test. Also,
refinement of the"Floor Plan".
The committee also agreed to an additional meeting prior to the August 17, 1999 meeting to finalize Test 42.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
