REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 17,2004
The meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman,on Tuesday,February 17,2004 at
8:00 p.m.,in the Alcott Center, 530 Bernard Drive,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.

In attendance were: Harold Kabb, Commissioner
Ron Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman
Greg Buss,Commissioner
George Laegeler, Commissioner
Absent was: John Mackey, Commissioner
Wayne Kowalski, Commissioner
The Electrical Contractors Registration Examination was given to nine (9)applicants.No one passed.
The minutes from the November 18,2003 meeting were read and approved.
Various grounding and connecting means and techniques were discussed. A review of topics for the 2002
National Electrical Code were discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
