The meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman,on Tuesday,February 17,2004 at
8:00 p.m.,in the Alcott Center, 530 Bernard Drive,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.

The minutes from the February 17,2004 meeting were read and approved.
New Business
Ten year terms appointed to Wayne Kowalski and John Mackey.
Review of the 2002 National Electrical Code.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
