REGULAR MEETING
MAY 18,2004
The meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman,on Tuesday,May 18,2004 at 6:00
p.m.,in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 50 Raupp Blvd.,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.
Roll Call
In attendance were: Ron Hackett,Ex-Officio Chairman
George Laegeler, Commissioner
Greg Buss,Commissioner
Harold Kabb,Commissioner
Absent was: Wayne Kowalski, Commissioner
Discussion took place concerning the subject of whether a homeowner should be required to take a brief,
simple test prior to being granted a permit to perform their own electrical work.
There was continuing discussion regarding adoption of the 2002 Code. Specific topics regarding grounding
were discussed. A video tape showing changes which were incorporated in the 2002 Code was played and
discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
