The special meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett, Ex-Officio Chairman, on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at
6:00 p.m.,in the lower level conference room,Village Hall, 50 Raupp Boulevard,Buffalo Grove,Illinois.

A Special Meeting will be held to complete Test 11 in either June or July. The preliminary version of the new Test I
was reviewed in detail.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
