VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 10, 2010
The meeting was called to order by Ronald Hackett, Ex-Officio Chairman, on Monday, May 10,
2010 at 6:00 p.m., in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 50 Raupp Blvd.,
Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Roll Call
In attendance were: Ron Hackett, Ex-Officio Chairman
Harold Kabb, Commissioner
George Koriath, Commissioner
Absent was: Wayne Kowalski, Commissioner
Greg Buss, Commissioner
The minutes of the February 8, 2010 meeting were read and approved.
The Official Oath, Conflict of Interest Disclaimer and Economics Disclosure Statement were
distributed to each Commissioner to be completed, signed and returned. The State Officials and
Employees Ethics Act was distributed for review.
Test 1 was reviewed for accuracy and applicability to the 2008 Code.
It was decided that the next step is to update either Test 2 or Test 3 to the 2008 Code.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
