REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
November 13, 2001

The meeting started at 7:30 PM
Sign up for December 8 blood Drive.

Each member was given a list of names to call and remind them of the upcoming blood
drive. The calls should be mad the week before the drive.
Lenna will arrange for the appropraite troop(Cub Scouts or Girl Scouts) to be on site for
Saturdays Drive.
Paige suggested listing the names of the donors in the local paper along with a thank you ,
Peggy suggested putting this in the Village Newsletter. Paige and Lenna agreed to this. Peggy
will submit this to the Village.
Paige mentioned she was still concerned with lack of members and would like to put something
on the Village web site asking for interested people to join the commission.
The Employee blood drive will be Dec. 7 in the Council Chambers from 9AM to 3 PM. The goal
is 50 people. It was again noted the importance of adequate staffing as Village employees are on
a time constraint. Lunch will be provided to the department with the most donors ( on a
percentage basis) .
The next meeting is scheduled for March 12th 7:30 PM in the lower level conference room in
Village Hall.
