Kathie Benson, has informed Paige that she will no longer be able to serve on the Blood
Commission.
❖ Sign-Up for Sept 2, 2006 Blood Drive.
❖ Call List— Commissioners will be making calls. Calls to be made a week before the
drive. Everyone must make their calls, if they can not, they are to let Paige know so
someone else can do it. Reviewed list with Life Source.
❖ Postcards —Life Source should send these out, just prior to the drive.
Update from Life Source— The Blood Drive/Marrow registry at St Marys in July was a
huge success. We will have Marrow registry information available for people at the
September drive.
Flyers will be given out and BG Days Bingo on Thursday night and Friday night at the beer
tent. Paige will contact Nino's Pizza and see if we have them attach a flyer to their
orders the weekend before the drive. Paige will design the flyer. This is an effort to get
more donors and since the blood drive was not mentioned in the BG Days flyer.
