For December 6th drive
Life Source:
Life Source will send out post cards for the upcoming blood drive.
Peggy will make the thank you cards with the next blood drive date.
Paige will contact the Park district the day before the drive and confirm the schedule and
get a contact number in case they don't show up.
Peggy will see to it that blood drive announcements are put on the water bills whenever
possible.
Discussion:
Everyone felt the presence at Buffalo Grove Days Bingo night was good marketing and
plan on doing it again next year.
Betty brought up the possibility of combining the major Buffalo Grove drives and to
work with the other entities that host drives in Buffalo Grove to schedule them better and
be able to promote each others drives. Betty will work with Life Source to get the list of
drives in Buffalo Grove. We can then contact representatives from each source and see if
they can attend our next meeting.

Meetings are on Tuesday's at 7:30pm.
Betty will send out an email reminder one week before the next meeting to remind
everyone.
The Buffalo Grove employee blood drive has been combined with the fire department
blood drive and will be held on Dec. 11 at the Fire Dept at 1051 Highland Grove Dr.
From 8 AM t0 2 PM.
