Interested businesses would be able to have a punch card and use it for various discounts throughout the community; for example, 10% off a pizza, $3 off a car wash, etc. Exclusivity would be offered for each business. All businesses that are sponsors would be able to purchase several cards and sell them to their customers. The sponsor cards would also be sold at the Arts Festival. The goal would be to sell the card several weeks before the festival and thereafter. The cards would be sold at Village Hall and any art function coordinated by the Village. The discounts would expire after one year.
