2019-27 RESOLUTION NO. 2019—27
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLAT OF
SUBDIVISION FOR LINK CROSSING
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove ("Village") is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to
the Illinois Constitution of 1970 and;
WHEREAS, on January 22, 2019, the Village Board approved the Final Plat of
Subdivision for the Link Crossing Subdivision for the Property commonly referred to as 16802
W Aptakisic Road ("Property") and;
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a change to the ownership block on the Final
Plat of Subdivision attached hereto as Exhibit A. No other changes are being proposed to the
previously approved Plat, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as follows:
1. The amendment to the Final Plat of Subdivision for Link Crossing is hereby approved
subject to the following conditions:
a. The final plat of subdivision and final Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be revised in a manner acceptable to the Village Attorney.
b. All other terms and conditions specified in Ordinances 2018-004 and 2018-006
shall remain in full force and effect.
