RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED
SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.06 OF THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT:
SECTION ONE: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for
confidentiality still exists as to all closed session minutes approved on January 22, 2019 or not
previously released, and the same shall not be released for public inspection.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
