A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR LINK CROSSING
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove ("Village") is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of
1970 and;
WHEREAS, a request has been made by K. Hovnanian at Link Farm, LLC ("Developer"), for a Final Plat of
Subdivision for the Link Crossing Subdivision for the Property commonly referred to as 16802 W Aptakisic Road
("Property") and;
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Final Plat of Subdivision attached hereto as Exhibit A and;
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held before the Planning & Zoning Commission on December 5, 2018 to review
the Final Plat of Subdivision and;
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission found that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Link Crossing met the
requirements of the Village's Development Ordinance and recommended approval 5-0 and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove,
Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as follows:
1. The Final Plat of Subdivision for Link Crossing is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
a. The final plat of subdivision shall be revised in a manner acceptable to the Village Attorney.
b. The final Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be revised in a manner acceptable to
the Village Attorney.
c. All other terms and conditions specified in Ordinances 2018-004 and 2018-006 shall remain in full force
and effect.
d. The construction traffic plan shall be revised in a manner acceptable to the Village. All construction traffic
utilizing Brandywyn Lane shall occur west of Meridian Way, unless approved by Village staff.
Furthermore, Meridian Way shall not be used for construction traffic except for instances where required
public utility and roadway work are being completed.
