THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove (lMRF I.D. Number 04821), is a participant
in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF); and
WHEREAS, elected officials may participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund
if they are in positions normally requiring perfon-nante of duty for 1 '000 hours or more per year,
and
WHEREAS, this governing body can determine what the normal annual hourly
requirements of its elected officials are, and should make such determination for the guidance
and direction of the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CORPORATE AUTHORITIES, of
the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, finds the following elected
positions qualify for membership in IMRF.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Village of Buffalo Grove shall be
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Board of Trustees of the Illinois
Municipal Retirement Fund and that this resolution shall remain in full force and effect until
modified or rescinded and notice of such modification or rescission has been filed with the IMRF
