A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
RODWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT DESIGN
SERVICES FOR 2016 STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
BUFFALO OF V desire to cause the implementation of e 2016 Street and Utility
Improvement rojects, and
the approval of an agreement with a consulting engineer is required in
order to proceed with the necessary engineering of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of ualo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
ectionl. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and irected to execute the
"Roadway Improvement Project Design" Agreement with ewlt
Hamilton Associates, Inc., dated November 13, 2015. A coy of said
Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. Contractual sums due to Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. are subject to
the appropriation of funds for same by the Corporate Authorities through
available financing mechanisms.
