A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
RESIDENT ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION
STAKING SERVICES FOR 2016 STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
GROVE BUFFALO desire to cause the implementation of the 2016 Street and Utility
Improvement Projects, and
WHEREAS, the approval of an agreement with a consulting engineer is required in order
to proceed with the necessary engineering of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, T RESOLVED by the President and ord of Trustees of
e Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
Seciol. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
"Resident Engieering and Construction Staking" Agreement with Gewalt
Hamilton Associates, Inc., dated November 1 , 2015. A copy of said
Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. Contractual sums due to Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. are subject to
e appropriation of ds for same by the Corporate Authorities through
available financing mechanisms.
