2015-06 RESOLUTION NO. 2015—6
A RESOLUTION RATIFING AN AGREEMENT FOR
SPECIALIZED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AT THE COMBINED AREA FIRE
TRAINING SITE
WHEREAS,the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove desire
to ratify the agreement of construction services, and
WHEREAS, the implementation of such services will result in much needed site repairs,
and
WHEREAS, the approval of an agreement with Call's Metal Building Erectors is
required in order to proceed with the necessary implementation of the project, and
WHEREAS, Fire staff recommended Call's Metal Building Erectors based upon
expertise in fire training equipment, past performance, and quality of service, it is recommended
that the Village Board waive bids, and ratify an agreement with Call's Metal Building Erectors
for prop repairs and site improvements, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized and directed, pending final approval and review by the Village Attorney, to purchase
"Specialized Construction Services" from Call's Metal Building Erectors. A copy of said
agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
