WHEREAS, the implementation of golf maintenance services will result in a reduction
in operational expenses, and
WHEREAS, the approval of contracts with Reliable Property Services, Inc. are required
in order to proceed with the necessary implementation of the Project, and
WHEREAS, the contracts with Reliable Property Services, Inc. will result in the sale of
all of the golf maintenance fleet and equipment, and
WHEREAS, staff recommended Reliable Property Services, Inc. based upon quality of
service versus solely on price, it is recommended that the Village Board reject all proposals,
waive bids, and award a contract to Reliable Property Services for Golf Course Maintenance
Services.
