RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION
MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the following sets of
closed session minutes • the Corporate Authorities no longer require confidential treatment and
are available for public inspection:
Nay 7, 2014 August 4, 2014 September 8, 2014
SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for
confidentiality still exists as to all closed session minutes not listed in Section One above or
previously released, and the same shall not be released for public inspection.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
