RESOLUTION NO. 98- 34
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN .AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
WEILAND ROAD AND PAULINE AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution
of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the Village desires to implement an interim improvement at the intersection of
Weiland Road and Pauline Avenue: and.
WHEREAS, the approval of an agreement for the provision of necessary engineering services is
required in order to proceed with the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: The attached letter agreement RE: "Weiland Road/Pauline Avenue Intersection
Preliminary and Final Engineering" dated September 1, 1998 is hereby approved.
Section 2: The Village President is authorized and directed to execute the agreement. A copy
of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3: Resolution No. 98 -30 is hereby repealed.
