A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
RELATED TO THE BUSCH ROAD AND WEILAND ROAD
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit
pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the Buffalo Grove Village Board approved an agreement
providing for the construction engineering expenses related to this
project through the adoption of Resolution No. 95 -56 which was
approved on August 7, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the Village desires to adopt a supplement for the
provision of necessary construction engineering services in a form
which is acceptable to Federal funding procedural requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: The attached supplement entitled, "Supplement No.
1 to the Construction Engineering Services Agreement with the
Denoted Project Name 1257 Busch Road /Weiland Road," is hereby
approved.
Section 2: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement. A copy of said agreement is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
