BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of curb and stutter, base course restoration and
resurfacing, and design engineering.
and shall be constructed 36' and 27' B -B feet wide
and be designated as Section 95- 00070 -FP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of one million, two hundred thousand
