RESOLUTION # 96 -14
COMMENDING MICHAEL KEARNS FOR SERVICE
TO THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, 1975 - 1996
WHEREAS, MICHAEL KEARNS began his service to the Village of Buffalo
Grove when he was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals on April 281
1975; and
WHEREAS, during this period Michael participated in the review of variations
for numerous projects, including but not limited to, room additions, signs, lot
coverage, fences and yard setback requirements. These variations
accommodated residents and business owners of the community; and
WHEREAS, during this time Michael considered the variations with great care
always keeping the best interests of the Village of Buffalo Grove in mind.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED {BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND
LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, THAT THE BOARD AND THE COMMUNITY
EXPRESS THEIR GRATEFULNESS TO MICHAEL KEARNS FOR HIS
SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO THE VILLAGE DURING THIS PERIOD.
